Fundraising


Percy Agricultural Society is a registered charity. We rely largely on fundraising and donations to help pay for the fair, property maintenance, renovations and repairs to our buildings.

Sharpe’s Grocery Tapes

Percy Agricultural Society continues to collect Sharpe’s grocery tapes. Please collect your tapes and give them to any member of PAS or you may place your tapes in the small red box on the WBA community events board located between Scott’s Variety and the Pharmacy in Warkworth. Warkworth Music Fest (WMF) Breakfast

Friday, July 25th & Saturday, July 26th, 9 am – noon, Red Barn, Warkworth Fairgrounds

Friday: pancakes & sausage with Sandy Flats Maple Syrup

Saturday: the “classic” breakfast with sausage, bacon, hashbrowns, eggs & chili beans

173nd Warkworth Fall Fair

Friday, Sept 5th – Sunday, Sept 7th

A small-town country fair with something for everyone! Friday night food vendors & entertainment. 4-H & beef shows, horse show & horse pull, firefighter’s challenge, elimination car draw, talent show, home craft & crop exhibits, pie contest & auction, baby show, truck & tractor pull, Cope Amusement midway, Hot Diggity Dogs, & much more. Warkworth Fairgrounds.

Bake Your Best Pie Contest & Live Auction at the Fair

Saturday, Sept 6th, following Opening Ceremonies at the Warkworth Fair.

Enter and/or purchase a pie. Prizes: 1st - $50; 2nd - $30; 3rd - $20.

All pies become the property of the P.A.S. to be entered in a Live Auction to be held during opening ceremonies. Proceeds of the auction, support the fair.
