Car Draw History
Percy Agriculture Society’s Elimination Car Draw was started in 1955 as a fundraiser for the Warkworth Fall Fair. Over the past years it has grown into one of the most important fundraisers in keeping the Warkworth Fair going. With only 1200 tickets being sold, the increasing costs of obtaining the lottery license from Trent Hills as well as the cost of purchasing the vehicle, it was necessary to increase the ticket price to $30 in 2023. This was the first increase in many years.
With only selling 1200 tickets and a chance throughout the draw to win one of the many cash prizes we hope you will continue to show your support for the Warkworth Fair and purchase a ticket or two! The last two years the tickets have sold out before the fair with lots of disappointed people missing out.
